How do our auctions work?

Our auctions are usually held offsite and performed by a certified auctioneer.
Storage units that have gone unpaid for 60 days or more are subject to auction.
The frequency of auctions depends on how many units fall into this delinquency status.
We attempt to notify the owner of the unit(s) at their last known contact information prior to the auction.
If no successful contact is made, a public auction for the goods inside the storage unit(s) is held.
Unit(s) are either sold wholly or pieced out, at the discretion of the auctioneer.
Proceeds from the auction go toward the arrears on the storage account.
