Flexible Lease Terms
Leases are month-to-month, with only a minimum one month required. Stay only as long as you need after that.
Security
The facility is protected by a 24-hour fully monitored security system, including heat/low temperature alerts, smoke detection, closed circuit surveillance, and intrusion alarms.
Convenience
Just one-half block east of Post Road, we are conveniently located downtown near the train depot and the Port of Anchorage. We can receive freight and deliveries via all major common carriers providing service to Anchorage.
Unload in Comfort
Load and unload your vehicle from inside our warehouse without having to worry about the weather.
Deliveries Accepted
Shipments and deliveries can be signed for by Maxi-Vault personnel and stored safely inside your storage unit.
Temperature Controlled Storage
A temperature-controlled environment helps keep the humidity down to protect items from warping, mildew, mold, or corrosion.
